#CryptoClarityAct The Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025, commonly referred to as the CLARITY Act, is a bipartisan U.S. federal bill aimed at establishing a comprehensive regulatory framework for digital assets, addressing long-standing regulatory ambiguity in the cryptocurrency industry. Introduced by House Financial Services Committee Chairman French Hill (AR-02) and supported by lawmakers across party lines, the Act passed the House of Representatives on July 17, 2025, with a bipartisan vote of 294-134 during the designated “Crypto Week” (July 14–18, 2025). It builds on the principles of the Financial Innovation and Technology for the 21st Century Act (FIT21) and is now under consideration in the Senate, where reconciliation with a forthcoming Senate bill is expected.
