Beginner's guide to trading contracts, a must-read for newcomers!
Your current operations may be leading you towards a liquidation!
Recently, many new fans have asked me:
"Brother Bo, I just entered the market, I don't understand the technology, I only have 1000U, how should I start?"
To be honest, if you take this step correctly, you can survive longer and earn steadily!
Now I will write out this anti-explosion turnaround model suitable for beginners, just follow it. Even if you have no experience, you can avoid taking detours:
If you only have 1000U, how to proceed?
Step 1: Split it into 10 parts, investing only 100U each time.
Don’t be greedy with the contract multiplier, at most 20X. Newbies can’t handle the volatility of high leverage; a single explosion can break your mindset.
Step 2: Directly transfer the remaining 900U to a wealth management account.
Why? To prevent yourself from being impulsive! Many people think about "recouping losses" after losing their first trade, but end up losing everything in one go.
After losing the first trade, you must force yourself to take a break for 1-2 days.
It’s not about being cowardly, but you need to calm down to have a chance to counterattack!
Once you’re adjusted, start your second round of planning:
Divide the remaining 900U into 10 parts, making each investment 90U.
This is a steadier operation with stricter stop-losses, aiming to recover this round.
If you make a profit of 300U, immediately withdraw 200U and transfer it away, leaving only 100U to continue trading!
Why withdraw?
Because when money is in your account, you can easily become complacent and start to drift. True mindset stability starts with "withdrawing funds."
Take my advice:
Trading contracts is not about going all in, but about position control.
Even if your win rate is 90%, if you have one heavy loss, it can all be destroyed!
The market doesn’t deliver profits every day; black swan events can happen at any time, and those fully invested have no time to react.
Take BTC as an example, a 10% or 20% fluctuation within the year is quite normal.
If you use 10X leverage, a wrong direction of 10% can lead to liquidation. No matter how much you earned before, it can all go to zero in one trade.
A skilled trader with a 60% win rate is considered top-notch, so you don’t need to win every single trade. What you need to do is just one thing:
Minimize losses, retain more, and survive longer!
Don’t indulge in fantasies; every day is about making profits, and I have guided many beginners.
