A U.S. Air Force C-17 transport aircraft arrived at RAF Lakenheath, Suffolk, UK, from Kirtland Air Force Base, a known nuclear weapons storage site. Analysts believe the flight likely carried nuclear bombs, in line with earlier unclassified U.S. government documents about a planned “nuclear mission” at RAF Lakenheath that were accidentally made public.
