🦞 Decadent Lobster, Crab, and Salmon Alfredo 🐟

Ingredients:

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 6 oz salmon fillet, skinless, cut into cubes

- 4 oz lump crab meat

- 4 oz cooked lobster meat, chopped

- 2 tbsp butter

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt & pepper to taste

- 1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional)

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear salmon cubes for 2–3 minutes per side until just cooked. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).

4. Pour in cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan, Old Bay, salt, and pepper. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.

5. Gently fold in crab, lobster, and salmon. Heat through without breaking the fish.
