Several friends have asked me: Currently, Bitcoin and Ethereum are showing some signs of correction, while on the other hand, altcoins seem to still be at the bottom. Typically, when Bitcoin goes down, altcoins will also go down. So when will altcoins rise, and if there is an altcoin season, how should it manifest?

I have thought about this question many times and have been observing the market with this doubt for some time. Here are my views:

1. Altcoins have actually risen quite a bit during this period; usually, they have doubled, and a small portion has not. Everyone can closely monitor those that haven't risen during the recent pullback of mainstream coins, as they have a high chance of soaring against the trend—provided that the coins themselves are reliable.

2. It is very likely that the following scenario will occur: Bitcoin falls, and everyone falls together; Bitcoin stops falling and starts consolidating, while some altcoins will rise sharply; Bitcoin starts to rally, and altcoins generally surge, with most recovering from half a year of continuous declines and gaps; Bitcoin crashes and tests the bottom, altcoins plummet, with some hitting new lows while others merely consolidate, and some altcoins without follow-up strength will delist; Bitcoin reverses and rebounds from the bottom, altcoin season begins, and various news leads to a comprehensive doubling surge.

3. Bitcoin and Ethereum are very likely to continue reaching new highs, with all corrections and crashes aiming for new highs afterward.

These are my personal thoughts and judgments, but they represent a viewpoint I lean towards. I base my operational strategy on this line of thought but will always leave room for error correction, as it is my principle not to make decisions for the market. Everyone can take a look and use it as a reference.
