Why I chose to take profits near 3700
This wave of Ethereum's rise perfectly reflected the favorable expectations of the stablecoin bill, and my long position successfully garnered over 1000 USD in profit. In trading, when you reach your target, you should decisively close your positions; being greedy for the last bit of profit can easily choke you. The market will not always rise unilaterally, especially after consecutive surges, and the risk of short-term corrections is accumulating.
What signal does the CRV movement reveal?
A few days ago, I emphasized paying attention to CRV because it is the liquidity core of stablecoins in the Ethereum ecosystem. However, in the last three days, CRV has been closing in the red, while Ethereum has risen against the trend, and this divergence is worth noting! Capital rotation or liquidity transfer? It is still unclear, but at least it indicates that the market is not universally strong; some capital may be reallocating.
