1. Futures Referral & Affiliate Program
Effective Date: August 1, 2025
Starting August 1, 2025, all eligible users will undergo an automated 3-month evaluation to unlock up to 50% sustained Futures commission rates based on a new tier structure. Key metrics include the number of new Futures traders (registrants completing their first Futures trade) and trading volume during the evaluation period.

Notes:
Futures Commission Validity: The period during which invitees generate commissions for their inviter after opening a Futures account.
Top Performers: Users achieving a 30%+ commission rate (Tiers 3 or 4) will have the 1-year validity period waived for the current and next evaluation. If the tier isn’t maintained, the validity period resets.
Futures Bonus Discontinuation: The Affiliates Futures Bonus ends in July 2025, with final distributions by August 15, 2025.
2. Spot Referral & Affiliate Program (Coming Soon)
The Spot Referral and Affiliate Program will soon feature an automated 3-month evaluation with updated criteria to unlock higher commission rates. Eligible users will be assessed based on the number of new Spot and Margin traders and their trading volume.

Common Rules for Spot and Futures Evaluations
Eligibility: All Binance users are eligible, except:
Sub-accounts
Binance brokers
Users with a 0% commission rate
Users in restricted regions for referral, Spot, or Futures products
Users violating Binance Referral Terms and Conditions
Evaluation Period: Runs for 3 consecutive months, starting at the beginning of a calendar month. New users eligible after the 15th start the following month.

Tier Adjustments:
Upgrades take effect at 00:00 (UTC) the day after meeting criteria.
Downgrades occur the day after the evaluation period ends if criteria aren’t met.
Sustained Benefits: Maintain your tier in subsequent evaluations to retain higher commission rates.
Evaluation Scope: Only performance during the evaluation period counts; prior activity is excluded.
