The off-chain task model of the Lagrange Coprocessor provides a new path for blockchain scalability. All nodes only need to stake LA to register, without the need for high-performance hardware. The platform utilizes the VRF random algorithm to allocate tasks, ensuring that every qualified node has a fair opportunity to participate.

After task allocation, nodes complete data processing, AI computations, and other complex processes off-chain and generate zk-STARK proofs. The proofs and results are uploaded on-chain, and the smart contract verifies the proofs with extremely low Gas, eliminating the need for redundant computations, significantly enhancing resource utilization and result credibility.

LA runs through the entire economic and governance system, serving as a payment tool, as well as the basis for staking, incentives, and penalties. Task completion rewards LA, while errors or delays automatically destroy part of the stake, with the remaining flowing into the insurance pool to isolate risks. All parameters and governance actions are decided by community votes from LA holders, ensuring that the mechanism is open, transparent, and decentralized.

This model establishes a solid foundation for trustworthy off-chain computing, enabling continuous upgrades and multi-scenario innovations within the blockchain ecosystem.
