The Torch NFT serves as a tribute to the people, milestones, and values that shaped Ethereum’s development over the past decade. It will be symbolically passed between wallets, representing community connection and contribution—before being permanently destroyed (burned) as part of the commemoration.
In addition to the symbolic journey of the Torch, any user will be able to mint a commemorative NFT beginning July 30, 2025, marking exactly ten years since the launch of the Ethereum mainnet on July 30, 2015.
