When I first entered the crypto world, I really knew nothing. I was so excited that I couldn't sleep when prices rose, and so anxious that I couldn't eat when they fell. Every movement of the candlestick made my heart twitch.

Later, the market taught me a lesson. After being repeatedly harvested, I realized that it's not about how skilled you are, but whether you can stabilize your emotions and go against human nature.

I slowly turned things around with some hard-earned experience:

Some coins fall for several days, and on the ninth day, a rebound usually happens;

For coins that surge over 7%, it's common to see a spike in the early morning of the next day, but if you don't sell before noon, you'll likely take a hit;

After several days of sideways movement, suddenly surging with volume? Don't hesitate, that could be the last chance for the main force; missing it means it's gone;

If you buy in and can't even earn back the transaction fees? Don't say "just wait a bit longer"; cut your losses, or you'll be drained by time;

And those coins that rise for three days? They're most likely to be harvested at 3 PM on the fourth day; don't believe me? Just watch a few times and see.

I don't want to say these things are magical, but at least they have stopped me from messing around.

Really, there's no foolproof secret in the crypto world, but the discipline you need to follow and the rhythm you need to keep cannot be disrupted.
