Hi everyone , as i say mega dump in eth is it possible or not . Lets look at some news and recent developments.

  1. Eth is in consolidation zone ??

No eth is not in consolidation there are still to many hopes here that it will go around 4000$ the open interest is around 14 billion + on binance and 19 billion on CME .

Lets look on liquidity heat map and finding rates

Funding rates -

Funding rates are on around 16% which is still very low it will be alarming if touch it around 80-90% at that time you have to cut your position and wait for strong pull backs .

Liquidity heat map

As per liquidity heat maps there are string liquidity at 2 points

1 is at upper side at 3815 there is 62 million worth of liquidity at that point in 24h time frame

2 is at bellow 3680$ to 3650$ price range at is around 64 million dollars again same time frame of 24 hours.

so possibility is that first it goes around that position nt something 3600$ to wipe out the liquidity close all positions and then move to 3800$ to 3950$ as i expected.

2. Accumulation of eth ?

Yes whales are start accumulating etc from exchanges and hold it to there wallets and this shows that there is something happens in market but we are not getting it .

Here I attached few proofs of accumulation of eth -

1. Whale 0x46DB has withdrawn 13,224 $ETH($49.56M) from #OKX  in the past 8 hours.

2. A whale created a new wallet(0x1bb3) and spent 2,082 $ETH($5.87M) to buy 45 CryptoPunk NFTs 4 hours ago.

3. Whale 0x5A8E spent 50M $USDT to buy 13,462 $ETH at $3,715

4. And there are many more examples even etfs are in positive in that entire week and this trend shows that demand of eth is increasing day by day .

FEW SPECULATION AND REASON FOR DIPS ARE -

  • A over bullish market

  • High leverage positions

  • FED chairperson Powell speach

  • Slight move in btv dominance from 60 % to 62% a 2% movement.

  • Profit bookings because lots op people who buy eth at below 2000$ range so they try to partially book there profit or sell that all to exit that market

I also make a SL on 3650$ to sell my $ETH if the price goes to 3650$ because if it cross it in 4h frame it drop to 3500$ so i make my position according to it .
