🔻 1. Index Funds (40%) – Boring? Yes. Effective? Incredibly.
Because I’d rather sleep well than chase every market twitch.

🔻 2. Individual Stocks (15%) – Only in companies I understand, use, or believe will shape the next 10 years. No meme stocks. No blind hype.

🔻 3. Real Estate (25%) – Physical assets. Rental income. Equity growth. Real wealth you can stand inside.

🔻 4. Cash & High-Yield Savings (10%) – For opportunity. For peace of mind. For not being forced to sell in a downturn.

🔻 5. Speculative (Crypto/Startups/etc) (10%) – Because I believe in taking small, educated risks. This is my “moonshot” fund — thrilling, but not fatal if it crashes.
