This one still stings.
Back in early 2023, I bought AVAX because I saw a few people on X hyping it up.
No real research, just pure FOMO.
When it dipped 15%, I panicked and sold it.
I told myself I’d “cut the loss early” — felt smart for like a day.
Then a few weeks later… boom. It doubled.
And all I could do was stare at the chart and shake my head 🫠
I wasn’t mad about the money.
I was mad that I didn’t trust my own instincts — or take the time to learn.
Now I treat every coin like a mini relationship:
👀 I get to know it,
📖 I read up on it,
🧠 I make a plan before I click anything.
Lessons hurt. But they work.
