When I first heard about staking, I was like — "Wait, you're telling me I can just lock up my crypto and earn more?"
It sounded way too good to be true.
And honestly? I avoided it for months.
I thought I'd lose my coins, or I’d never get them back.
But after watching one too many tutorials and doing a LOT of reading... I staked my first $ATOM.
And guess what? It worked.
⛓️ Staking just means you’re helping secure the network (like on proof-of-stake blockchains) and earning rewards for it.
There are risks — like lockup periods or slashing — but if you know what you're doing, it’s kind of amazing.
Now I stake small amounts I don’t plan to trade soon.
It’s not financial advice. It’s just what I do while I learn.
Don’t let fear stop you from learning.
