Good morning everyone! The midnight Bitcoin trend basically met our expectations, first oscillating upward from the retest low around 118400, reaching a peak of 120100 in the early morning; however, the market weakened, and the price quickly dropped back to near 118400, giving a range of over 1700 points.
From the current perspective, after testing the 120000 level, the market weakened again as we anticipated. The four-hour bullish momentum has been interrupted, and recent closing prices have shown long upper shadows, indicating that buying power is weakening and a short-term trend reversal has completed. From the hourly perspective, after the market attempted to break through the upper channel, it has not been able to stabilize as of yesterday and is now forming a small ascending channel in front of the slope, with trading volume still increasing. The market may further extend downward. Combined with the daily view, the early market is about to close with a downward hanging line, and the moving averages have completed the transition from strong support to strong resistance. Our view for the early market is to look for opportunities.
