Three key bills — GENIUS Act, CLARITY, and Anti-CBDC — did not pass procedural voting in the House of Representatives and can no longer be brought up for final consideration.
📌 What happened:
✔️ Initiatives aimed at clarifying cryptocurrency regulation and banning the digital dollar (CBDC) have failed.
✔️ Without passing this stage, the documents are temporarily "frozen."
🇺🇸 Donald Trump stated that he has already secured 11 out of the 12 necessary votes for the passage of the GENIUS Act and expressed confidence that the required support will be found.
📢 House Speaker Mike Johnson also supported the bill and promised a re-vote soon.
