Found the owner of 80,000 BTC 👀
💰The coins, the movement of which has been actively tracked in recent days, belong to Adam Back - a British cryptographer and creator of Hashcash (the cryptographic proof-of-work system without which Bitcoin would not exist). He is one of the few who personally communicated with Satoshi Nakamoto via email in the early years of Bitcoin's existence.
🤷♂️80,000 BTC is likely not the limit of his wealth. How many coins Back managed to accumulate in the early days of Bitcoin, when it was worth cents - is only a matter of speculation.
🤔HBO, by the way, once made a documentary about crypto and suggested that Back is one of the people who constitute the collective image of Satoshi. Adam denied this.
