Trump: Agreement Reached with Indonesia, the U.S. Will Gain Full Access to the Indonesian Market

This morning, after a call with the President of Indonesia, I finalized an important agreement with the country. As part of the agreement, Indonesia has committed to purchasing $15 billion worth of U.S. energy products, $4.5 billion in agricultural products, and 50 Boeing passenger planes, many of which are the 777 model. This is the first time in history that our ranchers, farmers, and fishermen will have full access to the Indonesian market. In addition, Indonesia will pay a 19% tariff on all goods exported to the U.S., while U.S. goods exported to Indonesia will be exempt from all tariffs and non-tariff barriers. If the relevant goods are transshipped from high-tariff countries, the corresponding tariffs from the country of origin will be added to the tariffs paid by Indonesia. #关税
