Foresight News reports that Bitcoin Treasury Capital has signed an ATM-type equity financing agreement with three existing shareholder investors, allowing the company to flexibly raise up to 200 million Swedish Krona over the next 6 months. This financing agreement permits, but does not require, each investor to subscribe to shares up to twice a week, with a total subscription cap of 10% of the daily trading volume from the previous trading day, allocated proportionally among participating investors. The subscription price will be the higher of the previous trading day's closing price and the volume-weighted average price of the previous trading day.
Foresight News previously reported that Bitcoin Treasury Capital announced the acquisition of 4.4 BTC for 5 million Swedish Krona (approximately 500,000 USD), at an average price of 118,159 USD per coin. As of July 11, 2025, the company's total Bitcoin holdings reached approximately 152 coins. It also disclosed that about 10 million Swedish Krona raised on July 9 has not yet been used, and this fund will be entirely allocated for purchasing Bitcoin.
