The U.S. President promises to provide the best resources to NATO, but with one condition!

On July 14, the U.S. President stated during a meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg that the U.S. will provide NATO with the most advanced weapons and will allocate the best resources to NATO, coordinated by NATO, to support Ukraine. The costs of these weapons will be borne by NATO member countries, not U.S. taxpayers.

The last sentence is the key point, right? The U.S. President has again brought a big business deal for American arms dealers. This is under the guise of aid, while the U.S. profits immensely, and in the end, most of the money for purchasing weapons comes from Europe. Europe spends the money, and the benefactor ends up being the U.S. – the U.S. President is really making a huge profit with this deal!

The U.S. President also promised to give the best resources to NATO; what does the best refer to? It should be the U.S. stockpiles. However, for Ukraine, having something is better than nothing; when begging for food, one cannot complain about the quality. But the U.S. commotion over the Russia-Ukraine conflict likely means that this year a ceasefire is out of the question. Not only is a ceasefire unlikely, but there may continue to be large-scale warfare between Russia and Ukraine. The U.S. and Europe are truly pushing Ukraine into the fire pit. If the U.S. and Europe genuinely want to help Ukraine, they should jointly promote negotiations between Ukraine and Russia, rather than hand Ukraine a knife.
