Share a bit of my personal experience in selecting altcoins for investment

When buying altcoins, I follow these rules:

1: Buy coins that are already listed on major exchanges and have contracts.

2: Assess the historical trends to determine if the market maker is active. Specifically, check whether this coin has kept up with the strong rebounds in the market during each BTC bounce. If it has consistently done so, you can buy it with confidence. Examples: AAVE, SUI, NEIRO, PNUT, TAO

3: Buy altcoins that can remain stable without being dragged down during BTC's sideways or range-bound movements. Examples: UNI, SYRUP, COMP, LISTA

4: Buy altcoins that have certain practical applications and use cases; this requires some knowledge of project research. For example: BONK

As long as an altcoin meets at least three of the above four criteria, it can generally be purchased with confidence, and larger amounts can be invested appropriately.

Now, let me also share my experience with small funds for buying coins like lottery tickets:

1: Select coins with a market cap below 50 million on Binance, preferably new coins from 2025. Such coins currently have no delisting risk, and the chips are mostly in the hands of the market makers, who are likely to pump and sell. For example, the STO I bought a while ago surged 60% in one day, following this logic.

2: Buy altcoins that were previously very popular but have fallen more than 95% from their highs, especially those where retail investors have already cut losses and exited. For instance, AEVO, which I recommended in the plaza a couple of days ago, also surged 30% in one day, but this type can only be traded short-term.

3: Use contract positions to judge; generally, before an altcoin pumps, contracts will build up positions in advance. If you see a market maker consistently taking long positions for more than half a month, it is likely a coin that will double in value. I previously captured HEMA MOODEGN using this logic and made ten times my investment in a week. Long-time followers who have been with me know that I also mentioned it in the plaza.

Meeting just one of the above three points is sufficient to buy in, but it should only be with small amounts, treating it like a lottery coin.
