It absolutely cannot be lower than 2 times; if it falls below twice the BTC, the Ponzi scheme will collapse, but it also cannot exceed 3.5 times.
BTC is between 135000 and 200000, and where it goes from there is uncertain, but it's likely to be below 150000.
