The good news is that I successfully subscribed to $PUMP, the bad news is that the amount successfully subscribed is less than 3/10 of the participation amount. It seems that in the future, direct on-chain participation is more reliable. Many large holders hedged in advance, resulting in the ICO not being successful, causing the contract to have to cut losses. It feels quite conspiratorial!
