A new scam is happening in P2P.
You put USDT or any other cryptocurrency for sale in P2P.
Scammers will ask for your WhatsApp number and on WhatsApp, they will ask for proof that your USDT or other cryptocurrency is not flash or shadow.
The scammers will help you learn about flash or shadow cryptocurrency scams.
Since the scammers knew that you had put xxx USDT for sale and that you have that amount of cryptocurrency, they will ask you to verify by sending 1 USDT to some QR code.
You will think it is normal to verify with 1 USDT and boom, your xxx will be transferred to the scammers.
This QR code is actually a request for cryptocurrency from your xxx that you wish to sell.
These scammers buy fraudulent WhatsApp numbers and also buy Binance accounts, claiming to rent your Binance account for $500 a day.
Innocent people sell their accounts and these scammers put Binance account sellers at high risk.
Note:
Whenever someone asks you to trade outside of P2P, report them.
Check their order history.
Never send any cryptocurrency to verify if it is flash or shadow through QR code deposit.
