Many altcoins at this position have a bit of uncertainty in their fluctuations. For mainstream coins like ETH, it should still follow the moving averages and potentially rise. For many smaller altcoins, like Trump, the probability of rising or falling is 50%, and it's completely indeterminable. Additionally, the daily volume is just slightly below the zero axis, and the judgment basis for the 12-hour chart is insufficient (the EMA perspective has flattened out).

Currently, ETH is expected to rise, but for coins like Trump, it’s really uncertain whether they will rise or not. In the short term, there are no predictive bases for coins similar to Trump; at least I can’t make a judgment. Furthermore, I have an expectation that even if ETH doesn't fall, and has risen now, it will still experience fluctuations and may fall later. All genuine upward movements usually follow a completely orderly arrangement of moving averages. Currently, ETH's moving averages are still too entangled. Theoretically, I believe it will require a period of consolidation for the moving averages to have the potential for a completely bullish arrangement at some point in time before it can rise, and this process will certainly take time.

Every segment of continuous large rises starts with a completely bullish arrangement of EMA moving averages. From BTC (which has been relatively consistent since 2023), to ETH in 2021, and then to SUI and AAVE in late 2024, there are no exceptions. Currently, ETH is not there yet, including XRP, which, in the days following its rise, the EMA formed a completely bullish trend. ETH is indeed converging now, forming a precursor to a completely bullish arrangement. If things go quickly, I personally estimate that forming a bullish arrangement will take about a week. This potential for a bullish moving average arrangement is the reason why the smaller altcoins are falling while ETH is holding steady (because some institutions or smart money may know it is about to rise, and of course, they will buy). However, it cannot be ruled out that there may be fluctuations later, because even if a formation is underway, it is entirely possible to complete the moving average consolidation through several drops + fluctuations + shakeouts.

ETH and some smaller altcoins currently operate under completely different logic (especially those that are actually in a bearish arrangement). This is not to say 'it may rise or fall', rather, my point is 'it will rise; it needs time to establish conditions', 'it will rise; it needs time to establish conditions.'
