Lesson One: Your way of thinking is wrong
Most people make trades based solely on emotions:
Afraid of missing out when it rises, chasing high prices and getting trapped.
Afraid of crashing when it falls, cutting losses at the floor.
Afraid of rebounds when shorting, afraid of declines when going long.
Every day trapped in “if only I had known earlier” self-blame.
To put it bluntly, it’s not the market that’s harvesting you; it’s you giving away your head.
I later established my own trading system, which consists of just 3 steps:
Determine direction → Select strong coins → Strategy entry and exit.
Simple, direct, and effective.
Lesson Two: There are only 3 conditions for real opportunities
Stop chasing hot trends every day. The chance to make big profits often comes when the majority are too afraid to act.
For all my trades, I only look at 3 things:
BTC direction is clear.
When BTC is stable, altcoins have room to move. If the main coins aren’t moving, messing around with small coins means risking liquidation.
Reasonable switching of structure highs and lows.
Funds flow from BTC→ETH→strong altcoins (like SOL, OP, LINK); this is a “chain structure.”
If you don’t understand the rhythm of switching, you will always be chasing the last train.
Clear plans, actionable entries and exits.
Every time I open a position, I will say:
How much is the stop-loss, how much is the take-profit, where is the plan to exit.
Trading isn’t about luck; it’s about system + execution.
