Can anyone really get rich from altcoins? I can tell you: yes, but very few.
I was born in 1990 and have been in the crypto space for 10 years, with a net worth of over 50 million, of which more than 42 million comes from the crypto market, mainly relying on trend trading + new coin rotation.
But I also lost money in the early stages; the real turnaround relied on a set of "highly effective execution" methods, not on insider information or reckless gambling.
How did I make it happen? Let me break it down for you:
Principal Rolling Model
Work hard to accumulate 10,000 in principal → In each bull market, choose 2-3 new coins that must have popularity, a story, and are not yet in motion.
Examples: APT, OP, ARB, STRK, similar to these "coins that launched in a bear market with clear hotspots."
Bitcoin MA20 as a Judgment Benchmark
If BTC is above the weekly MA20, then layout new coin spot purchases.
If BTC falls below MA20, stop loss and clear positions, waiting for the next round.
Only Trade Spot, Avoid Contracts
Trading contracts with small funds is life-threatening; spot trading allows for error tolerance. Only large funds should consider controlling positions for hedging.
Aim for 4-5 Times Take Profit
Don’t fantasize about a coin making a hundred times; capturing three 5x opportunities in a round is equivalent to turning the principal into 125 times.
If you catch it once a year, you win; catching it three times in a bull market makes a turnaround not a dream.
Execution is Key, Greed is the Foundation
Success relies on "holding on + cutting losses + enduring."
"It's not that you can't do it, it's that the method is wrong."
Trading is definitely not gambling; it’s just that most people don’t understand trading, lack a system, and can’t manage emotions, which turns speculation into a life gamble.
Not taking profits, not cutting losses, and not waiting are the biggest risks.
Money earned by luck will eventually be lost by skill.
In summary:
There can be those who get rich from altcoins, but never rely on "fantasies."
What matters is timing + selecting coins + execution + rhythm control + compounding.
If you really want to turn things around, stop gambling, stop chasing highs, and stop blindly copying others.
Turning strategy into habit is the only winning path that can be sustained.
