After losing 4000u, he has already achieved a turnaround with this strategy
Last month, a fan reached out to me: "Brother Feng, I lost all my 4000u in the futures market, is there any hope?"
I didn't ask for many details, I just had him review the reasons for his losses — going all in, chasing highs and selling lows, counter-trend bottom fishing... he almost hit all the trading taboos.
Then I shared a basic framework for opening positions in futures:
① First, buy 20%
② If you buy incorrectly and lose 10%, immediately stop loss, the amount lost will be 2% of the total position.
③ If you buy correctly and gain 10%, immediately increase the position by 20%, if it rises another 10%, increase the position by another 20%, and finally add 40% directly, amplifying the winning results, and as long as there is no loss of 10%, hold. If it drops by 10%, immediately close the entire position.
The general idea is like this, minimizing risk, similar to the king of speculation, Livermore.
Of course, this is just a rough framework, and there will definitely be many uncertainties when implementing it. Because the market is variable. I often execute this method during trading, and overall the results have been quite good so far, but it’s not a hundred percent guaranteed; it just reduces risk and increases profitability. One must have a method in futures trading, or else one can only become fodder.
The village's long positions are continuously gaining momentum, the target of 2600 has been reached, those who should take profits have taken them, we are serious about making money.
