At the same time, following the summit in Rio de Janeiro, Indonesia literally joined BRICS as a full member yesterday, while Belarus, Bolivia, Kazakhstan, Cuba, Nigeria, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Uganda, Uzbekistan became official partners.
