The Tesla and SpaceX CEO, a billionaire from a millionaire, contemplated this approach on Friday in a post on X, the social media platform he owns, as he continued to clash with Donald Trump over the spending bill that the president signed into law. On Saturday, without immediately clarifying, Trump’s former advisor announced on X that he had created what he calls the America Party.
Musk, the richest person in the world who oversaw brutal cuts in the federal government after Trump’s presidency began in January, wrote: "One way to implement this is to laser focus on 2 or 3 Senate seats and 8 to 10 House districts."
