🌟 Today's Highlights
✅ First Solana ETF with staking in the U.S.
The REX-Osprey Solana + Staking ETF (ticker SSK) has just launched on Cboe BZX:
It is the first ETF in the U.S. that invests directly in Solana (SOL) and allows earning interest via staking (~7.3% annually).
Opening these opportunities through a traditional brokerage account represents a milestone for broadening access to altcoins in a regulated and profitable way.
🏦 Increased push from BlackRock in crypto ETFs
BlackRock, a giant with USD 11.7 trillion in assets, is considering expanding its cryptocurrency family in ETFs, beyond bitcoin and ethereum, including cardano, polkadot, and solana.
Its Bitcoin Trust is the fastest-growing ETF in history, with USD 70 billion in AUM.
This reinforces the trend: not only bitcoin and ethereum are targets for institutionalization, but also altcoins with solid ecosystems.
💳 Growing adoption: banks and traditional media
The German savings bank Sparkassen plans to offer trading of bitcoin and ethereum to its customers (expected by summer 2026).
Additionally, funds have emerged in Europe like Bitcoin Yield ETP in Vienna, with a yield of ~6% via DeFi.
