Strategic ETH Reserve has now surpassed $3 billion in value.

As of now, 1.22M ETH tokens are held in Strategic ETH Reserve which is almost 1.01% of total supply.

This started to happen with BTC last cycle and resulted in 20x gain from the bottom.

I hope something similar happens with $ETH again.
