Deep Tide TechFlow news, on July 5th, Coinbase executive Conor Grogan posted on social media that there is a possibility of private key theft or leakage regarding the "14-year dormant Bitcoin ancient whale's $8 billion BTC transfer" that occurred yesterday.

Conor discovered that one hour before the massive transfer of BTC assets from the whale wallet, one of the wallets conducted a test transaction of Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and immediately transferred out all BCH. Conor believes this behavior pattern is unusual; other BCH wallets were not activated, and BCH is usually less monitored by whale tracking services, which may be a low-key way to test the private keys. He speculates that these wallets are unlikely to be exchange wallets. Conor stated that while this is just speculation, if true, it could be the largest digital asset theft case in human history.
