#Ripple seeks NATIONAL BANKING LICENSE for #RLUSD
The giant of #xrp wants to become the Gold Standard of Trust in U.S. Stablecoins
Ripple has taken a monumental step in its compliance and regulatory expansion strategy by submitting an application to the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) for a national banking license.
If this application is approved, it would mean that the OCC, the federal banking regulator, would directly oversee Ripple's stablecoin, RLUSD.
