In the first half of 2025, Donald Trump's cryptocurrency portfolio lost 78.35% of its value.
As of January 1, 2025, Trump's wallet balance was estimated at approximately $10.16 million. By June 30, its value had fallen to $2.20 million, representing a loss of $7.96 million over six months. The main decline occurred in the first quarter, when by the end of March, the portfolio reached a low of $1.96 million, according to data from Arkham Intelligence.
In the second quarter, the assets showed a slight recovery, increasing by about $240,000, or 12.24%, from April to June.
Trump's largest asset remains the meme token TROG, valued at over $800,000. The portfolio also includes altcoins USDC, MAGA (TRUMP), and MATIC. Not all assets were personally acquired by Trump.
In contrast to the personal cryptocurrency portfolio, the assets of the decentralized financial platform World Liberty Financial (WLFI), supported by Trump and his family, showed significant growth.
The WLFI portfolio started 2025 with an estimated value of $72.82 million and grew to $82.51 million by the end of the first quarter — an increase of 13.31%. In the second quarter, the dynamics intensified: by June 30, the portfolio reached $178.15 million, which is $95.64 million more, or a growth of 115.89%.
