It is very unfortunate that the amendments providing tax relief for cryptocurrency miners and retail users in the Beautiful Act did not pass the Senate review!
Now, the three major proposals in the United States, the Beautiful Act is just the first step, followed by the GENIUS Act and the Energy Infrastructure Act.
Both the Beautiful Act and the GENIUS Act have only passed the Senate and are awaiting a vote in the House of Representatives and the President's signature. The Energy Infrastructure Act is still in its early stages.
