RWA REVOLUTION! Securitize and #RedStone Present the Oracle #TSSO

The KEY to Unlocking Trillions in Tokenized Private Funds?

Securitize, a leader in the issuance of tokenized assets, and the oracle provider RedStone have published a technical report that could change the game for the tokenization of private funds. The report introduces a new model, the Trusted Single Source Oracle (TSSO), designed to securely verify Net Asset Value (NAV) data on-chain.

Problem Solved. The TSSO addresses a critical challenge in DeFi

How to ensure that NAV updates of private funds actually come from a reliable source and have not been tampered with once they are on the blockchain. Unlike cryptocurrency price oracles (which aggregate data from multiple sources), private fund NAVs are calculated by a single administrator, creating a "single point of trust" that is difficult to verify on-chain.

TSSO Innovation

This framework creates a chain of cryptographically linked NAV updates. Each update includes a secure digital signature, a timestamp, a reference to the previous record, and a hash that secures the sequence.

Double Key for Security and Efficiency: The system uses two types of keys

A "root key" stored offline for important updates, ensuring maximum security.

A "chain key" for smaller, routine changes that are kept within strict limits, optimizing practicality and avoiding constant manual work.

“We need to ensure we can fully authenticate the information, verify that no one is compromising the data, and rely solely on a single source. That’s why the whole process needs to take it to the next level; that is the challenge,” Jakub Wojciechowski, founder of Redstone.
