Cryptocurrency analyst, Axel Adler, provides important data on the current market situation of Bitcoin. Based on the "Realized Bitcoin Supply Distribution" metric, Adler assessed how expensive or cheap the current price of Bitcoin is compared to the average cost of investors.
According to Adler, the "Realized Supply" represents the total value of Bitcoin in dollars on the network, calculated based on the latest price movement. The ratio between this metric and the price of Bitcoin allows for comparison of today's price with the average cost paid by investors.
This value, defined as "ratio = Bitcoin price / Realized Supply", is similar to the price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio in stock markets. Adler stated: "The higher the ratio, the higher the price of Bitcoin; the lower it is, the cheaper its price."$WCT
