A significant difference in this altcoin!
Bitcoin prices ($BTC ) and altcoins rose after the news of a ceasefire between Israel and Iran at the beginning of last week. While the upward trend from last week continued, CoinShares published its weekly cryptocurrency report, indicating inflows of $2.7 billion last week.
"Last week, inflows to cryptocurrency investment products reached $2.7 billion, marking 11 consecutive weeks of inflows.
Thus, the totals for the first half approached last year's figure of $17.8 billion, thanks to the impact of geopolitical factors and monetary policy.
Bitcoin has not given up its leadership!
When looking at individual digital currency funds, it was noted that the majority of incoming flows were in Bitcoin.
While Bitcoin saw inflows of $2.22 billion, positive sentiment also dominated Ethereum ($ETH ), with inflows of $429.1 million.
When looking at other altcoins, $XRP experienced an inflow of $10.6 million, Solana (#SOL ) $5.3 million, and Sui (#SUI ) $1.4 million.
Bitcoin attracted inflows of $2.2 billion last week, representing 83% of total inflows. In contrast, Bitcoin short investment products experienced additional outflows of $2.9 million, bringing total outflows since the beginning of the year to $12 million. This is a clear indication of a generally positive trend towards Bitcoin in 2025.
Ethereum experienced internal inflows of $429 million last week, bringing total internal inflows since the beginning of the year to $2.9 billion, as investor value continues to rise.
In comparison, Solana saw internal inflows of only $91 million since the beginning of the year.
When looking at incoming and outgoing regional fund flows, the United States ranked first with internal inflows of $2.65 billion.
After the United States, Switzerland recorded internal inflows of $23 million, and Germany recorded internal inflows of $19.8 million.
In contrast to these inflows, Sweden recorded outflows of $15.9 million, and Canada recorded outflows of $13.6 million.
