Five law firms have filed class action lawsuits against Strategy, accusing it of securities fraud due to misstatements in its Bitcoin investment reporting.
At the beginning of 2025, the company bought BTC for $7.7 billion at $95,000, but after the price dropped to $82,000, it incurred unrealized losses of $6 billion.
Investors believe that the risks were deliberately understated. Strategy acknowledged the existence of claims and stated that it would defend itself.
