BloodLoop officially launches on PC on June 23 through the Epic Games Store. In collaboration with Avalanche and OpenSea, the game also releases exclusive digital collections.

The competitive hero game developed by Swiss studio Ragnarok Games places players in a future setting where three distinct factions transition from planetary warfare to virtual combat in the BloodLoop arena. Heroes are forged through the mystical BloodLoop process, combining bloodlines with alien matter to unlock extraordinary abilities.
BloodLoop offers three gameplay modes including Energy War, Team Deathmatch, and Free-for-All – a solo mode only for the strongest. Energy War requires close coordination to capture and hold power nodes, while Team Deathmatch organizes a 10-player match focused on direct confrontation.

The game adopts blockchain optionally, separating gameplay but still ensuring true digital ownership for the Web3 community. Integrated blockchain features allow gamers to own decorative items and mint collections based on Avalanche, notably the Artist Print skin. Notably, BloodLoop builds a secure trading environment without affecting balance and competitiveness.
The BloodLoop roadmap through 2025 plans to add new heroes, maps, ranked modes, and controller support. At launch, the game will have 5 characters, 4 maps, and an in-game loop system with outfits, crafting, and an internal economy.
Expected in July, BloodLoop will introduce the character Titus and the new map Skyve City. Accompanied by a quest system, season tickets, and daily streak rewards for gamers.
In September, a new hero Shaman will be updated along with the map Seraphic Tower, introducing the Auction House feature, Mastery system, and Ranked mode. At the end of the year, an additional map Bahmin Ruin and a 8th map will be launched, along with enhanced controller support.
As a free hero shooter developed since 2021, BloodLoop integrates blockchain to allow players to demand true ownership of in-game items. The project successfully raised $4 million in a seed round in March 2024 and is among the top 30 whitelisted games on the Epic Games Store.
Ragnarok Games organizes a play-to-airdrop tournament to kick off the first season.
The company reveals that the first season lasts for one month, focusing on fair competition and steady progress. A $15,000 play-to-airdrop event is expanded along with an early access version to motivate players to participate.
The Seasonal Leaderboard Tournament is also included to promote competitive gameplay from the beginning. Players can participate by purchasing a ticket worth $99.99 using the native BLS Token.
75% of revenue from tickets will be directly transferred to the prize pool. Although starting with a $15,000 fund, Ragnarok Games expects to expand it to $130,000 if participant numbers are sufficiently high.
The Swiss studio confirms player rankings based on MMR rating, with the top 20% of the best players receiving rewards. This tournament format encourages skill advancement while providing winning opportunities for average-level players.
