🧵 Thread 7 – How to confirm your entry with volume and market structure on Binance 📊🔍
Using Fibonacci and moving averages is fine, but how do you know if your entry is really strong?
Here I explain it step by step 👇
1️⃣ Why does volume matter?
📈 Volume confirms the intention.
If there is a breakout or bounce at a key level (like the 0.618 Fibonacci level), you need to see an INCREASE in volume to validate the entry.
2️⃣ Increasing volume = safer entry
✅ If the price goes up and the volume goes up → bullish confirmation
❌ If the price goes up but the volume goes down → weak signal, possible trap
3️⃣ And what about market structure?
🔹 Identify if you are in a clear trend or in consolidation.
In an uptrend: look for higher lows and higher highs
In a downtrend: look for lower highs and lower lows
4️⃣ Combining everything: ideal entry example
✔️ Bounce at the 0.618 Fibonacci level
✔️ Support on the moving average (like the EMA 50)
✔️ Volume increasing
✔️ Higher lows on a larger time frame
5️⃣ Final advice:
Don’t enter just because it “looks good.” Use objective criteria like these and improve your results.
💬 Do you already check the volume before buying?
