在这条路上我曾无数次在止损这个关卡上摔得鼻青脸肿，起初总以为只要看懂了趋势方向，随便找个点位进场都能赚钱，这种认知偏差形成的恶性循环。 扩大止损后，若遭遇趋势反转，账户往往因亏损幅度过大而难以承受压力，最终被迫割肉离场，而每次大亏后我又会回到小止损的模式，在这种循环里，痛苦挣扎像是陷入了一个走不出去的怪圈。 后来我才意识到表面看是止损策略的摇摆不定则暴露了，对市场运行规律的认知盲区，真正让我陷入困境的从来不是止损本身而是那些未经深思熟虑的随意进场，每当看着账户里的资金因为不该入场时冲进去而缩水，我都会问自己为什么总是管不住手，说白了就是时间周期没搞对要么拿做短线的思路去追长线趋势要么光凭感觉下单不看实际信号。 想解决这个问题，关键得把入场规则定死，先搞清楚自己做的是哪种周期的行情，再结合技术分析找到具体的进场点位保证每一笔交易，都能算清风险逻辑也经得起推敲。 市场从来不会辜负认真对待它的人，当我们学会用规则，约束冲动，用理性替代直觉，那些曾经让人头疼的止损，困境中，将成为走向成熟交易的垫脚石。
