Anthony Pompliano’s ProCap BTC, LLC purchased 3,724 Bitcoin at an average price of $103,785 each, following the announcement of a proposed $1bn merger with Columbus Circle Capital Corp. I to go public as ProCap Financial, Inc.

The company plans to continue acquiring Bitcoin, aiming to hold up to $1bn in BTC on its balance sheet after the merger closes.
