📢 Two investors are walking down the street. One is all dressed up, in an expensive suit, with a crocodile leather briefcase. The other is more modest, but still looks decent.

They meet an old lady selling sunflower seeds.

Dressed-up investor: "Grandma, how much are the seeds?"

Old lady: "$100 a cup, dear."

Dressed-up investor, outraged: "$100?! Are you crazy?! That's unprofitable, inflation, risks!" And he walks past.

Modest investor stops: "Grandma, why is it so expensive?"

Old lady: "Well, my grandson is sick, I'm saving up for medicine."

Modest investor silently takes out his wallet, buys a cup of seeds, and gives her a couple of hundred more.

Dressed-up investor, turning around: "What are you doing? That's an absolutely irrational investment!"

Modest investor, smiling: "You know, sometimes the most profitable investment is the one that doesn't bring direct profit but makes the world a little bit better. And who knows, maybe these seeds will turn out to be the biggest dividend payout of my life."

Meaning: The true value of investments is not always measured solely by financial gain. Sometimes the most valuable investments are those that benefit others or have a deep human significance.
