Continue holding yesterday's short position, and opened two new short positions without being able to short further

There was a shorting opportunity for ETH yesterday, but I didn't dare to intervene, as shown in the picture, a small level reversal, to put it simply, if it should rise but doesn't, it will fall! The convergence pattern of Bitcoin and Ethereum should have risen but didn't, making shorting very cost-effective, with a relatively small stop-loss and a high risk-reward ratio.
