Good morning, Happy Sunday everyone 🙌

Once upon a time, 30 cows were donated to a small village in Africa for their development.

The purpose was simple:

Milk would be produced, multiplied, and livelihoods would be provided.

In other words, long-term development...

🔸But what happened?

That very day, all of them were slaughtered and eaten.

- The donor asked:

"Where are the cows?"

- The villagers replied:

"We understood what you meant... but we ate them."

This story is a metaphor.

It summarizes not just one village, but a continent and even the condition of humanity.

Africa has focused on immediate solutions and short-term needs for decades.

It saved the day... but lost tomorrow.

That's why:

🔸 Development opportunities have often been squandered.

🔸 External powers have easily integrated into systems presented under the guise of "aid."

🔸 It has become susceptible to being deceived and oppressed economically, politically, and culturally.

However, development;

starts not with filling the stomach,

but with designing the future.

And sometimes, one must refrain from eating a cow and wait.

What are you eating in your own life, and what are you putting on hold?
