President Donald Trump has just announced via Truth Social that the United States has successfully carried out a major strike on three key nuclear sites in Iran: Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan.
Trump stated that all aircraft involved in the operation have exited Iranian airspace and are now safely en route back to base.
In his post, Trump revealed that the Fordow facility was a primary target and had been heavily bombed. He praised the U.S. military forces for executing the mission successfully and claimed that no other military in the world could have pulled off such an operation. He added that now is the right time to pursue peace.
Trump also called the operation a major success for the United States and thanked the public for their attention to this matter.
However, so far there has been no independent verification regarding the actual impact of the strikesāparticularly on deeply buried nuclear sites like Fordow.
