📢 Two investors are walking down the street. One, very experienced and wise, looks at the other, young and ambitious.
"So tell me," says the young one, "why are you always so calm? The market goes up and down, and you are like a rock!"
The old investor smiles: "You see, I have seen my investments grow and then fall, and then grow again so many times... that now I just wait for them to rise higher than they were before they fell. This is called a long-term perspective. And I see that you, for now, only have short-term anxieties."
The young man pondered, and the old one added: "And remember, my son: the market is not always about catching the wave. Sometimes it's about weathering the storm."
