"So tell me," says the young one, "why are you always so calm? The market goes up and down, and you are like a rock!"
The old investor smiles: "You see, I have seen my investments grow and then fall, and then grow again so many times... that now I just wait for them to rise higher than they were before they fell. This is called a long-term perspective. And I see that you, for now, only have short-term anxieties."
