$BTC Will Bitcoin remain volatile?
Many factors that caused Bitcoin's volatility in the past will become less relevant over time. Countries around the world are gradually introducing regulations governing how their citizens can use the currency. As long-term rules regarding Bitcoin become clearer, price volatility should decrease.
The potential for individual holders to impact the market is likely to diminish as the asset grows. As Bitcoin becomes more expensive, a larger amount of fiat currency will be needed to exert pressure on the market price. Large individual holders will still be able to significantly increase selling pressure, pushing down the price. However, these large holders will not be able to do this indefinitely. They will either hold their bitcoins and limit selling pressure, or they will sell their bitcoins, contributing to a more even distribution of the asset.
